Now that 2009 is over and we're in 2010, I'm hoping for a lot of positive changes.

Roy and I were accepted into our new apartment and we're moving in on the 16th. I get my own room! I'm so excited to have my own personal space again. I'm also quite fond of our apartment number which is 69, the only two bedroom apartment they had left. I'm not so excited for the actual moving part though.

I was also rear-ended in front of my apartment parking lot last week with Allie in the car. The guy admitted he wasn't paying attention and apologized profoundly, but I can't help but be a little mad at the damage he caused (I can't close my trunk anymore) but he suffered a bit more damage to his, so I couldn't help but feel bad. I plan on filing the police report today, but I don't like how much work I had to put into making sure EVERYTHING was okay. I went to the ER to make sure my neck and shoulders were okay and the doctor said they should be fine in a couple of weeks.

It was an interesting way to start out the 2010. I just hope it wasn't some sort of bad omen.
